What’s new in the MyNavy Portal January 2026 Release?
We’ve been busy incorporating user feedback into new and enhanced features throughout the portal.
- ePAR. Sailors use a new wizard to submit 20 different electronic Personnel Action Request (ePAR) types to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) via their chain of command.
- PARFQ. The Physical Activity Risk Factor Questionnaire (PARFQ) incorporates updates of NAVPERS 6110/3 (Rev. 12-2025).
- Sailor Landing Page Promotion Readiness widget is updated with FY27 Selection Board data for CWO3-CWO5 and O4-O6.
- CAC and Password Free Access. CAC and password free access provides a secure method to access MyNavy Portal using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) from your mobile device without a physical CAC card or traditional username and password.
