Highlights from the MyNavy Portal March 2026 Release
- ePAR. Sailors use a new wizard to submit 20 different electronic Personnel Action Request (ePAR) types to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) via their chain of command.
- PARFQ. The Physical Activity Risk Factor Questionnaire (PARFQ) incorporates updates of NAVPERS 6110/3 (Rev. 12-2025).
- CAC and Password Free Access. CAC and password free access provides a secure method to access MyNavy Portal using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) from your mobile device without a physical CAC or traditional username and password.
