electronic Personnel Action Request (ePAR)
The electronic Personnel Action Request provides a standard Navy-wide format for authorized command representatives to assist enlisted Sailors in the submission of requests to their detailers. Currently, ePAR is not available for officer submissions.
- In MNP, the Sailor creates an ePAR and submits it for Command Career Counselor (CCC) for processing.
- The CCC reviews the ePAR, adds additional information (if needed), and sends to the Commanding Officer (CO) for action.
- The CO reviews and determines whether to recommend approval of the Sailor’s request.
- Once the command has completed its review, the ePAR is electronically submitted to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) for approval.
- After the ePAR is received by MNCC, status is displayed on the MNCC Service Request Status page.
