Enlisted Active Duty and Training and Administration of the Reserve (TAR) connect with Sailors interested in exchanging duty billets with Sailors from commands in or near the same geographical area.
MyNavy Assignment (MNA) allows Active and Reserve Sailors to view available jobs and make their own applications or make applications through their Command Career Counselor.
Navy Reserve Order Writing System (NROWS) allows Reserve Sailors to create, modify or cancel orders. NROWS links mission owners at operational commands with the member and their assigned Navy Reserve Activity (NRA).
Reserve Force Manpower Tools (RFMT) provides access to Junior Officer Apply (JO Apply), Senior Officer Apply (SO Apply), Reserve Force IDT/IAP/VTU Orders.
