    Description: This can occur for several reasons: Your mobile device is not configured to require biometric authentication on device unlock. Some browsers (ex.     Description: This can occur for several reasons: You do not have an account. See Who has a MyNavy HR Account? for information on creating an account. Your account is associated with a different email address. Follow the steps to check your username. If you are attempting to log in with Okta FastPass on a mobile device, you may not have an Okta FastPass enrollment on the device or the enrollment may be invalid.     Description: This can occur for several reasons: Okta FastPass login is not supported in private or incognito browsing sessions. Make sure you are logging in on a standard browser tab. If you select Cancel when prompted to open the Okta Verify app, login will not complete successfully. Clear your browser’s cache and try logging in again.     Description: This can occur for several reasons: Okta FastPass login is only supported on mobile devices. If you attempt to log in on a desktop or laptop computer, you will be prompted to use your CAC. If you are on a mobile device, the issue may be that your device does not have an Okta FastPass enrollment or the existing enrollment is invalid. If you are logging in on a mobile device with a valid enrollment but still don't see the option, your browser may be caching a previous CAC login selection.
