Visit the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) website to learn how Family Readiness Groups (FRGs) offer a support network of other families to help navigate the challenges of Naval Service, including deployment and homecoming.

Naval Services FamilyLine

Naval Services FamilyLine is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Their mission is to empower sea service families with education, resources, and mentoring. The "By Spouses, for Spouses" courses and resources provide an online and in-person forum to dispel myths, answer questions, and alleviate concerns.

Ombudsman Program

The Ombudsman is a volunteer, appointed by the commanding officer, to serve as an information link between command leadership and Navy families. The Navy Family Ombudsman Program promotes healthy, self-reliant families.
